生产区内所有着色的部位，应经常保持清洁、醒目并注意检查、维修。当发现颜色有污染或有变化、褪色，不符合本标准的颜色规定时，应及时清理和重新涂刷。检查时间至少每月一次。
All the sections with color in production area should be kept clean and striking. Regular checking and maintenance should also be made. Once the color is polluted, changes or fades, which cannot meet the standard color regulation, timely cleaning and re-brushing should be carried out. The checking is to be done at least one time per month.
一、国标类颜色 National Color Standard
（一）工业管路的表面色（国标颜色-GB 7231-2003《工业管道的基本识别色、识别符号和安全标识》）

备注：
1. 除消防系统外，所有管网均采用在管道上以宽为 150mm 的色环进行标识，不再采用全管道刷漆方式（消防系统仍全刷大红），二个标识之间的最小距离应为10m，其标识的场所应该包括所有管道的起点、终点、交叉点、转弯处、阀门和穿墙孔两侧等的管道上和其他需要标识的部位，涂、刷管道介质、流向标示，底色为管道本色；
2. 管道应有的防腐处理按照相关国标、图集执行；
Remarks:
1. Except fire fighting system, all the pipes should be marked with 150mm-wide color rings instead of brushing color along the whole pipe. And the minimum distance between two marks should be 10m. The marks should be made at the pipe starting and ending, crossing and turning points, valves, both sides of a wall and other necessary points. The identification marks are composed by material name, flow direction and main process parameters.

1、 冲压、焊接区域使用耐磨地坪本色；
